Yet another “compare and contrast” moment from the campaign.
The McCain/Palin campaign is touring Mississippi’s emergency management agency today. What’s Obama up to? Not sure, but I’m sure he’ll release a statement or do something.
McCain is following through with the main message of his campaign- country first.
From CNN:
“He wants to do something service oriented if and when the storm hits and it’s as bad as it’s expected to be now,” the McCain source said.
So what are other Democrats up to? How about thanking God for the timing of Gustav!
Here’s a video clip from the former DNC chairman, Don Fowler, and a Democratic congressman laughing about the potential of Gustav hitting Louisiana during the RNC (via Red State):
More classy liberal thinking about the hurricane from Michael Moore and Keith Olbermann:
UPDATE:

Why expect anything different from the Democrats? They are all loving and caring when they KNOW the camera is on.
Mr Moore and the idiots on MSNBC (Morons Supporting Neophyte Barack’s Coronation) publicly spew the vile words of the Democrats and call it intelligent commentary.
Kudos for making the RNC convention a fund raiser for the Red Cross. The DNC/and all the celebs attending the Denver pilgramage should have been so considerate.
